Nick Pavoldi began his study of massage in 1995-1996 in Tampa, Florida. In 2000-2001 he studied at the Guild for Structural Integration in Boulder, Colorado, and Kauai, Hawaii.

Combining his wellness philosophy with his entrepreneurial ambitions, in 2006, Nick started in Latham, New York, as a dedicated massage and bodywork studio. Nick chose to prioritize practitioner skills and massage expertise over creating an exclusive spa environment, a choice his clients have valued ever since.

As a result of his therapist-centered approach, the team at Bodywork Professionals is second to none. Nick is still a principal therapist at Bodywork Professionals and brings the dedication and attention to this small business that can only be found by an active small business owner.

Andrew Marr is a Husband, Father, Entrepreneur, former Special Forces Green Beret, founder of Warrior Angels Foundation, and current patient of Dr. Mark L. Gordon.

Marr's last deployment in 2013 was emotionally and physically taxing. He and his Special Forces team were engaged in constant combat throughout its entirety. Marr suffered numerous traumatic brain injuries from explosions, which resulted in his medical retirement.

When Marr returned to the states he began a 6-month spiral downward. Once an elite performer in life or death situations in combat, Marr couldn't even remember how to drive home. He was plagued by psychological, physiological, and physical manifestations, including depression, outbursts of anger, anxiety, mood swings, memory loss, inability to concentrate, learning disabilities, sleep deprivation, loss of libido, loss of lean body mass, muscular weakness, alcohol, developed a massive deep vein thrombosis (blood clot) that broke off into both lungs (bi-lateral pulmonary embolism), and a number of other medically documented conditions.

Marr wasn’t impressed with the current state of Veterans’ Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and Post Traumatic Stress (PTS) patient care.

So… instead of waiting for someone else to change it, he decided to act!

He sought out to find an alternative way to provide world class care to Veterans affected by TBI and PTS. The Warrior Angels Foundation along with Dr. Mark L. Gordon have done it!

To Free the Medically Oppressed, Until There Are None.

Warrior Angels Foundation provides a personalized treatment protocol that pinpoints - and, more importantly, treats - the underlying condition for U.S. Service Members and Veterans who have sustained a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) while in the line of duty.

Margery Chessare, LMT, BCST, RCST, has been in private practice as a craniosacral therapist since 1995, teaching since 1999.  She leads programs in craniosacral therapy, beginner through advanced, and enjoys mentoring practitioners.  Invited to be the first craniosacral instructor at the Center for Natural Wellness School of Massage Therapy in Albany, NY, she taught there for nearly 10 years.

Margery's perpetual craniosacral education includes several models of this work, all of which she draws on for her own teaching: Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Hugh Milne's Visionary Craniosacral, and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, which she studied with Scott Zamurut, Michael Kern, Mike Boxhall, and Michael Shea. She is certified as both Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist and Instructor by the International School of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and is a Registered Craniosacral Therapist with the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America. Margery is honored to be a teaching assistant, since 2008, with Michael Shea, Biodynamic innovator and author.

The integration of complementary studies, including trauma resolution, embryology, pregnancy and birth, is paramount to Margery's approach to craniosacral therapy.

She is the author of a chapter in the book Working Wonders: Changing Lives with CranioSacral Therapy, published by North Atlantic Press.

Dr. Rebecca Kryzak grew up in Kingston, NY on a small “hobby” farm with many pets including a horse, pony, goats, dogs, cats, chickens, ducks and geese. Growing up with all those animals, there was no question what she would spend the rest of her life doing. She saw the need for a house call veterinary service in the Capital District and opened Cottonwood Creek Veterinary Services in June 2010. Dr. Kryzak has also completed advanced training in Traditional Chinese Medicine at the Chi Institute in Reddick, Florida.

Dr. Kryzak’s specific interests include acupuncture, herbal medicine, food therapy, geriatric medicine and pain management. She enjoys taking the best of both eastern and western modalities to increase the quality of life for her patients. She also has a strong interest in performance and sports medicine. She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, New York Veterinary Medical Society and the American Association of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine.
